One dentist.
By design.
Dr. Irwan Goh built this practice around one operatory and one dentist — so the person who reviews your health history, designs your treatment, and does the work is always the same person. That continuity matters when your mouth is the gateway to your body.
The person you'll actually see.
Most practices rotate through multiple doctors and associates. Dr. Goh chose a different model — and patients who've been coming here for years will tell you exactly why.

Dr. Goh founded Smiles by Goh in 2019 after years in high-volume, insurance-driven practices in San Francisco and Las Vegas. He left that model on purpose — to slow down, treat fewer patients per day, and practice the kind of whole-person dentistry that volume never allows.
His clinical focus is biomimetic restorative work, cosmetic dentistry, and clear-aligner orthodontics — with a strong lens on oral health as part of overall health. He's an Invisalign® Diamond+ provider, a Digital Smile Design practitioner, an LVI graduate, and trained in facial aesthetics through the Academy of Facial Esthetics.
“Conservative dentistry is the modern practice. I'd rather watch a tooth than crown it, crown it than extract it, every time.”
Dr. Goh works alongside a small, hands-on support team. We don't publish staff profiles here — the team has stayed intentionally lean and we'd rather introduce everyone in person, at your first visit.
Six things we actually mean.
Slow over fast
Sixty-minute hygiene. Twenty-minute consults. We see fewer patients per day on purpose. It's the only way to actually be present in the room.
Diagnose, then treat
We don't sell crowns; we recommend them. We don't sell veneers; we discuss them. Treatment is a recommendation you can think about — never a transaction we push.
One operatory, one doctor
Dr. Goh runs every chair he runs. No rotating associates, no Tuesday hygienist who doesn't know you. The same hands, every visit.
Conservative defaults
Watch before fill, fill before crown, crown before extract. Your enamel is a one-time gift and we treat it accordingly.
Honest pricing
Estimates in writing before treatment starts. If scope changes mid-visit, we pause, explain, and re-quote. No surprise lines on the bill.
Quiet hospitality
Real towels, real espresso, real music. None of it makes the dentistry better — but all of it makes the visit feel like a place worth coming back to.
