Cosmetic dentistry
that still looks like you.
Cosmetic dentistry is not about vanity. It's about smiling without hesitation — in a conversation, in a photo, in your own mirror. Every plan here is designed around your face.
Smiles by Goh designs cosmetic dentistry in Henderson, NV — veneers, bonding, whitening, and Invisalign — around a digital preview you see before any tooth is touched. Dr. Goh builds each plan in biocompatible, metal-free ceramic and composite, hand-shaded to match your teeth. Most patients start with a smile study, not a treatment decision.
Preview the smile
before we start.
The moment most patients describe as the turning point isn’t the final seat — it’s visit two, when they see the design on their own face and try on the mockup. Digital Smile Design makes that possible: facially-generated, planned around your features, then placed on your actual teeth so you wear the smile before any prep begins.
A conversation — non-clinical.
Visit one is just listening. We take photos, talk through what bothers you, what you'd change — and because everything here is facially driven, we scan you and build a 3D avatar of you, so the design starts from your face, not just your teeth. We look at the bigger picture too — sleep, bite, gums, airway. Nothing clinical happens until you ask for it.
Full digital plan & smile test drive.
You see the before/after on your own 3D avatar and hear the reasoning — for the smile, for your bite, for longevity. Then the mockup: a thin 3D-printed shell that snaps right over your teeth — no drilling, nothing permanent — so you see and feel the new smile that day. You take the presentation home: your photos, with the mockup, before and after.
Execution — guided by the plan.
Whatever the case calls for — veneers, ortho, bonding, or a combination — happens here. The work is guided by the design you've already approved. Conservative wherever it can be, minimally invasive by default.

Seeing it commits you to nothing — I just think you deserve to see it before you decide, not after.
Lite Dentistry —
composite + Invisalign.
Here's the simple version: composite and Invisalign reshape your smile without removing a single layer of natural enamel — so it's fully reversible, and nothing about it is permanent. Think of it as a stepping stone. Live with your new smile, get comfortable with it, then move to porcelain later only if you decide you want the long-term, lifetime version. Plenty of people are perfectly happy right here.
Composite is additive — we build onto your teeth, we don't drill them down. Change your mind and every door stays open.
No prepping, no removing natural tooth structure. Your own teeth stay exactly as they are underneath.
Get comfortable with the new smile first, then choose porcelain — the irreversible, lifetime option — only if and when you want it.
It comes two ways — pick the one that fits where you are:
The comprehensive path.
Invisalign moves your teeth into position; composite shapes and shades them once they're there. It's the fuller correction — still reversible, still minimally invasive, and nothing natural gets drilled away.
Reversible · enamel untouchedGreat results, fast.
When you want a new smile quickly and reversibly, without the cost of porcelain. Often one or two visits — visit one takes the records, and if you've already accepted the plan, visit two can deliver the whole-mouth smile in a single appointment.
