The cost of
doing nothing.

Your first visit is $100 without insurance. Dr. Goh’s prices are on the dental costs page, and your own price comes in writing after the exam. What we’ll commit to: an honest written quote at the end of every consultation, three ways to pay, and no pressure to sign in the chair.

01 · How we talk about cost

I hear you.
Cost is always
a real consideration.

Look, I never want to dismiss the question. It’s a real one, and I’d want it answered honestly if I were in your chair.

Here’s the part that doesn’t always get said out loud: sometimes the cost of not doing anything ends up being higher down the road, financially and for your overall health. Small problems quietly turn into bigger ones. We’d rather catch it now.

So we lay out both sides. What it costs to act today, and what it tends to cost to wait. You make the call.

“I want to be extremely transparent about my findings, so we can go on a journey of making you better.”Dr. Irwan Goh
02 · Cost curves we see, in plain shapes

What waiting
tends to cost.

Two patterns we see often. The bars are relative: complexity goes up as time passes, not down. Exact amounts vary case by case. That’s why your written quote is built around your mouth, not a template.

Tooth · one site, untreated
Treat now: small lesionConservative bonded restoration
Wait six monthsDecay reaches dentin · larger restoration
Wait two yearsNerve involved · extraction, then crown or bridge
Wait five yearsTooth loss · fixed bridge
Gums · left untreated
Treat now: gingivitisHygiene + at-home routine
Wait: stage II perioScaling + root planing
Wait: stage IIISurgical perio · bone loss measurable
Wait: systemicSystemic inflammation markers climb · whole-body effects

Relative comparison only · bar lengths reflect typical complexity escalation, not specific fees · your written quote will be itemised at consultation

03 · Financing partners

Three options,
picked for fit.

Two third-party lenders and our own in-house savings plan. Each one fits a different situation: income, credit, whether you have insurance or not. Our team will walk you through them before you apply to any.

Long-term plans for the larger projects.
  • Up to 60 months on qualifying treatment.
  • 0% APR promotional period available on most plans.
  • Pre-approve online before your visit, with a soft credit check.
  • Best fit for full smile makeovers or Vivos® cases.

Our in-house membership plan.
  • One yearly fee, $500 to $800, paid to the practice.
  • 2 exams, 2 hygiene visits and routine X-rays a year.
  • 20% off fillings, crowns and other restorative work.
  • Best for patients without dental insurance.

CareCredit and Cherry are third-party lenders. Approval, terms, and APR are set by them, not by us. We don’t earn a cut on your application. The VIP Savings Plan is run by our own office. Ask at the front desk to join.

04 · Insurance

In-network
with most plans.

If your carrier isn’t listed, we still file claims as an out-of-network provider, and most patients see meaningful reimbursement. We verify your specific benefits before any work is scheduled, so there are no surprises after.

Aetna
Ameritas
BlueCross BlueShield
Cigna
Delta Dental
Guardian
Humana
MetLife
Principal
Sun Life
United Concordia
UnitedHealthcare
… and many regional and PPO plans we file out-of-network.
05 · Optional add-on

Dental Warranty,
if you want it.

An optional paid add-on you can attach to qualifying restorations and cosmetic work. It covers re-treatment if a covered restoration fails within a defined window, including at other dentists if you move. It’s a mention, not a headline. Most patients don’t carry it; some do. We’ll explain it at your treatment-planning visit, and we never bundle it without asking.

06 · What we’ll commit to

What you can
count on from us on cost.

i

You'll get the quote in writing.

At the end of every consultation. Itemised. Each line of work matched to its rationale, not bundled and not buried.

ii

We'll lay out what's optional.

What's clinically urgent, what's optional, what's purely cosmetic. You'll be able to tell which is which without having to ask.

iii

You'll have time.

We never expect a signature in the chair. Most patients take the plan home, run the numbers, and come back to schedule. That's how it should be.

iv

We'll talk financing without flinching.

Cost is a real consideration. Dr. Goh says so out loud, on every consultation. Our team will help you compare options before you commit to any of them.

Let’s talk

The number
starts with a conversation.

Sixty unhurried minutes with Dr. Irwan Goh. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping for. Imaging, if it’s useful. A written quote at the end. You go home and decide.
