What dental care costs, before you book.

These are Dr. Goh's own prices for patients paying without insurance. They are not the lowest in Henderson, and the next section says why. Your exam sets your final number, in writing, before any treatment starts.

Ways to start

Where to start, and what the first visit costs.

If you are new here, start with the new patient visit. If you are already a patient and want to talk about your smile, Invisalign or your jaw, book that consult on its own.

Cleanings and the treatment Dr. Goh planned are booked by the front desk, so send a request or call us. The 90-minute Wellness Exam is $599, or $399 with a PPO plan, and the desk books it too.

Your own number comes from your visit

Every price on this page is where care starts, so you can plan ahead. Your own number depends on what the exam finds, how many teeth are involved and what your insurance pays. Dr. Goh goes over it with you at your consult, and you get it in writing before any treatment starts.

Before you compare

Why our prices may be higher.

“Look, I've spent most of my career chasing volume, insurance driven dentistry, high turnover, looking at teeth instead of people. And honestly, it burned me out.”

Dr. Irwan Goh

Fewer, longer visits

Dr. Goh left volume dentistry on purpose. Your first visit is 60 minutes with him, and he is not in a rush.

Nothing added later

A crown includes the build-up, a crown on an implant includes the abutment, and deep cleaning includes the laser.

Designed from your face

Dr. Goh plans every smile from the proportions of your face, which he calls facially driven smile design. As a certified Digital Smile Design provider, he also checks your bite, jaw and airway, and the Wellness Exam adds 3D X-rays.

Your price in writing

Your exam sets your number, and Dr. Goh writes it down before anything starts. If cost is the question, say so.

No insurance? The VIP Savings Plan covers your yearly visits for one fee and takes 20% off crowns, fillings, bridges and onlays.

Bundles

Common problems, and what fixing them costs.

Each total is Dr. Goh's prices added up. The only discounts are the Smile Reveal credit and the VIP plan's 20% off.

  • A toothbrush reaches the tooth above the gum line; the hygienist cleans below itA tooth in cross-section with the gum around it. A toothbrush reaches the part of the tooth above the gum line. The narrow space just below the gum margin, where the gum meets the tooth, is out of reach of the bristles. The hygienist cleans that space during the visit.TOOTHBRUSHreachesabove thegum lineGUM LINEGUMHYGIENISTcleans belowthe gum line
    My teeth look dull

    Hygiene visit, then take-home whitening

    $513 to $601

Whitening works on the tooth, not on plaque or tartar sitting on top of it, so the hygiene visit goes first.

  • A chipped front tooth today, and the same tooth with bonding addedTwo views of the same front tooth. On the left, today, a corner of the biting edge has chipped away. On the right, with bonding, tooth-colored composite is layered onto that corner. The tooth underneath is untouched: bonding adds material and nothing is drilled away.TODAYWITH BONDINGGUMTOOTHCHIPPEDa corner of the edge is goneADDEDcomposite layered on topnothing drilled away
Two front teeth are chipped or uneven

Whitening, then bonding on both teeth

    $2,599

Bonding keeps the shade it is made in, and whitening only lightens natural teeth. Whiten first, and Dr. Goh matches the bonding to your new shade. Each extra tooth is $1,100.

  • I want my whole smile redone

Smile Reveal, then whitening and 4 composite veneers

    $4,524 in all

The Smile Reveal credit takes $550 off

Whitening and 4 composite veneers are $4,799. The Smile Reveal is $275, and it counts double: $550 off the treatment. In a lot of cases you try the new smile on before Dr. Goh touches a single tooth.

  • Stain on the surface of a tooth, and colour inside itTwo front views of the same tooth. In the upper one the colour is stain sitting on the outer surface, along the gum line and between teeth, which whitening lifts well. In the lower one the colour is in the inner layer, seen through the enamel, which needs a slower dose or bonding.ON THE SURFACEGUMTOOTHSTAINLIFTS WELLINSIDE THE TOOTHENAMELINNER LAYERSLOWER DOSEOR BONDING
An old front crown no longer matches

    Whitening, then a new crown

    $2,461

A crown does not whiten, so Dr. Goh matches the new one to your teeth after whitening.

  • A probe measures a healthy sulcus at two millimetres and a pocket at fiveTwo cross-sections of a tooth drawn to the same scale, one above the other. A probe slides into the gap between gum and tooth. In the upper one it reads two millimetres, which is healthy. In the lower one it reads five, which means the gum has let go and left a pocket.2 mmHEALTHYone to threeTOOTHGUMPROBE5 mmA POCKETfour and above
My gums bleed and I was told I need a deep cleaning

Deep cleaning, then the perio plan for the year

    $580 to $1,896

The deep cleaning is $145 to $474 for each quarter of the mouth, and your exam shows how many need it. After it, gums need care more than twice a year, and the perio plan covers those visits for $500 to $800 a year.

  • How much tooth wall is left decides the repair: a filling, an onlay or a crownThree cross-sections of a back tooth, from left to right, as the tooth wall runs out. With a small cavity and the walls sound, a filling repairs it. When one cusp has been lost, an onlay covers only the part that failed. When most of the walls are gone, a crown covers the whole tooth.MOST WALL LEFTLEASTTOOTHGUMFILLINGsmall cavityfills the holeONLAYone cusp lostcovers one cuspCROWNmost walls gonecovers the tooth
I grind my teeth and one cracked

A crown, plus a night guard

    $2,497

$2,084.60 for VIP plan members paying without insurance

The crown repairs the tooth. Grinding puts force on teeth and crowns every night, so the night guard takes that force while you sleep.

  • The two muscles that close the jaw, shown on a side profileTwo muscles close the jaw. The masseter runs down the side of the face along the jawline. The temporalis fans out across the temple, above and around the ear, which is why clenching overnight is felt the next morning as a headache at the temple rather than as jaw pain.CHEEKBONETHE MORNINGHEADACHE IS HERETEMPORALISacross thetempleMASSETERalong thejawlineBoth close the jaw. My jaw aches

A face and jaw consult, then 4 Emvital sessions

    $1,145

Dr. Goh first finds what is driving the ache, then calms the muscle with Emvital laser therapy. A TMJ appliance is $2,800 if he recommends one.

  • No insurance, and I want to stay ahead of problems

    The VIP Savings Plan

    $500 to $800 a year

Your exams, hygiene visits, X-rays and fluoride for the year, plus 20% off crowns, fillings, bridges and onlays. Your gum health sets the price.

Why a smile costs what it does

Planned first, then built.

  1. Records

A 3D scan of your teeth, five photographs and a short video of you talking and smiling.

  2. The 3D plan

Your new smile is drawn from your own face. At least four more dentists at Digital Smile Design review it.

  3. Try it on

In a lot of cases, a printed version goes over your own teeth so you see it before anything changes. It comes off before you leave.

  4. You approve

Nothing is bonded or shaped until you say yes. Then the treatment follows the design you approved.

  5. Check the result

We scan again after treatment and compare it with the plan.

This is how Dr. Goh plans a smile case, and why you approve the design before anything is bonded. How Digital Smile Design works

These prices are where care starts, and your consult and your plan set your own number, in writing, before any treatment.
