The first visit is
mostly a conversation.
Look, a good first visit is mostly hands-off — we sit in the consultation room and you tell me what’s been on your mind. I’d rather understand what you’re here for than start cleaning a tooth I haven’t talked to you about yet.
The other half is what most patients expect from a new visit — digital X-rays, a 3D scan if it makes sense for your situation, a gentle cleaning, and a careful look at your gums, bite, and airway. Everything goes up on the screen next to you, in plain language, as we go.
You’ll leave with a written plan and a quote. No pressure to schedule the next thing today. We’d rather you go home and think.

We don't do lectures.
It's been five years. Ten. Fifteen. You're not alone in that — and you won't hear a word about it from us. The first visit is a conversation, not a sermon about flossing.
Bring your comfort kit.
Noise-cancelling headphones, your own playlist, a blanket, a stress ball. Each treatment room has a TV overhead, but most patients would rather tune out with their own music.
Sedation if you want it.
Nitrous oxide and oral sedation are available. We'll explain dosing and what to expect — and we won't push them if you'd rather try a visit without first.
