Lane 02 — Full-face rejuvenation
Smile work and face work,

The mouth sits at the center of the face. What happens inside it — how the jaw rests, how the bite is supported, how the muscles of the lower face hold their tone — shapes everything visible above and below the chin. When smile work and facial care are planned as one, the outcome reflects that. It looks like a person who is well, not someone who had procedures.

Smile
+ EMFACE®.
The muscles that lift and define the lower face are the same ones that frame every smile. A veneer or smile makeover placed while those muscles lack tone often reads as an addition rather than a natural feature. When we pair the EMFACE® protocol with cosmetic dental work, we sequence them deliberately — the facial foundation develops first so the new smile arrives in a face that’s ready to hold it. Many patients find the combined result looks less like a dental outcome and more like the version of themselves they’d been moving toward.

Smile
+ Botox® / Dysport®.
Botox® and Dysport® have a specific, limited role here. When residual tension lines at the glabella, the masseter, or the upper lip frame an otherwise complete result, a conservative dose can soften them without changing what the face does naturally. We use neuromodulators as a quiet complement to the EMFACE® protocol — never a replacement for it, and never as the lead treatment. The needle-free foundation comes first. This layer, when appropriate, is a refinement.

Lane 03 — Botox® & Dysport®
Lines from tension,
not from time.
Most lines aren't from age — they're from how a face holds itself. When a touch of Botox® or Dysport® makes sense, the approach here is conservative, with the smile design in mind, and stops short of “frozen.” And it's never an either-or with EMFACE® — the needle-free toning and the injectables work alongside each other. You should still look like you, just less tired.

Expression lines · forehead & brow.
Lines that read as tension or fatigue rather than age. A conservative touch of Botox® or Dysport® can soften them — the goal is to look rested, never frozen, so you still look like you.

Needle-free or with injectables.
EMFACE® lifts and tones without a needle. Botox® and Dysport® relax specific muscles. They work alongside each other, not instead of each other — which path fits is a conversation, not a menu.

Lip & gum-line balance.
A lighter rest to the upper lip, and less gum showing when you smile — often part of smile design, and only when it supports the goals you came in with.

Jaw tension & lower-face shape.
Grinding, jaw tension, or a heavy lower-face shape — these may respond to Botox® or Dysport® in the masseter, and they're assessed alongside the TMD work below before anything is recommended.
Our philosophy here is conservative on purpose. We won't over-treat for the sake of a visible “result” from across a room — any muscle-balancing option is reviewed with you at your consultation, never assumed.
